Dinners With Friends returns to one of its favourite Exeter venues for a night of making new friendships over delicious food. Tucked away on Cathedral Yard, with the Cathedral Green right outside, Al Farid serves Lebanese and Middle Eastern cooking, from tagines to mezze - perfect for a table that wants to order lots and share everything.

Although it's the food that brings us together, it's the people and their stories that make the evening memorable.

Our guests are over 30 years of age. Some are business owners, some are retired, others are working professionals. Ages vary, backgrounds differ, but everyone has a story worth sharing.

Most who join us are open, curious and friendly - often well educated, sometimes well travelled, single or partnered. They come not just for the meal, but for the laughter, the conversations and the chance to meet someone new.

Your Dinners With Friends reservation fee secures your place at the table. Food and drinks are paid for separately, directly to the restaurant on the evening.
